Privacy

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visitor traffic. It loads on every page, but analytics storage is denied unless you accept the cookie banner. Until you accept — and permanently, if you reject — it runs in a cookieless mode: the page view is counted, but no cookie is written and no identifier is kept, so you cannot be recognised on a later visit or on any other site. Accepting allows a single analytics cookie, which is what makes returning visits countable. Advertising storage is denied in all cases; we do not advertise and do not run retargeting.

What GA4 collects when you accept

GA4 does not link this data to a personal identity. VS Asset Management does not use this data for marketing, does not sell it, and does not share it with third parties other than Google as the analytics processor.

What it collects when you do not accept

A count that the page was viewed, with the approximate region, device type and browser, and no cookie or identifier of any kind. Nothing is stored on your device and nothing links one page view to another, so there is no way to tell a returning visitor from a new one.

What this site does not collect

This site has no account system, no login, no newsletter signup, and no forms. We collect nothing you do not send us. If you email the address below, we hold that correspondence as business records.

Opting out after accepting

Click "Cookie settings" in the footer and choose Reject. The page reloads and the analytics cookie is no longer permitted; GA4 reverts to the cookieless mode described above and stays there.

Investors

Personal information collected in connection with an investment in a fund managed by VS Asset Management, LLC is governed by the firm's privacy notice delivered with the fund's offering documents, not by this page.
